Dangers of Deception in ‘Newstainment’ and Politics

Tucker Carlson recently said in an interview that he lies. That admittance didn’t seem to bother him much as he moved on to discussing another topic.

Carlson has been granted a voice, authority to speak his mind, connect with millions of devoted viewers and listeners and hold the power of persuasion.

Is this combination potentially harmful and if so, why?
